only issue with water gojo is he does nothing on s1 and nothing on s3 his only skill is on a 3 turn cd.. they either buff activation rate of stun on s1 to 100% so its usable and punishing for the enemy or reduce his s2 cd so his downtime isn't 3-5 business days

I think his biggest weakness is that most of the meta atb pushback units are wind/water. Rarely are they fire. So already he has attribute disadvantage to most of the meta atb pushback. Also he doesn't bring enough other than a stun, and buff steal. It's just not enough unfortunately.
